Thailand and Cambodia reaffirm truce commitment at China-facilitated talks in Shanghai

Thailand and Cambodia have reaffirmed their commitment to Jul 28's truce, following reports of sporadic cross-border skirmishes. Officials from both sides were in Shanghai for informal consultations, brokered by China.
